- Purpose of the Notification:
- To allow institutions to rectify errors in subjects, photographs, or signatures recorded during the submission of online examination forms for Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) students for the academic year 2024-25.
- Submission Procedure:
- The correction details must be submitted to the IT Section(s) of the concerned Division office or the Sub/Branch office of the Board.
- Institutions are required to attach relevant records in accordance with the formats provided in Annexure “A” and Annexure “B”.
- Fine for Late Submission:
- Corrections submitted up to 25th November 2024 will incur a token fine of ₹200 per candidate.
- Corrections submitted after 25th November but before 30th November 2024 will incur a token fine of ₹500 per candidate.
- Final Submission to ITSS:
- The heads of Sub/Branch offices must forward the corrected data or records to the ITSS (Information Technology Support System), JD (Jammu Division), or KD (Kashmir Division) on or before 1st December 2024.
Responsibilities of the Institutions
- It is the responsibility of the heads of all affiliated institutions to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data submitted for correction.
- They must ensure that all corrections are transmitted to the relevant ITSS office within the specified timeline, using the prescribed format.
